Refund Policy

At Silverster, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and offer refunds on unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note that customized or engraved items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

To request a refund, simply contact our customer care team at silverster2025@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
