We want you to love your Silverster jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
